I normally go to Yoga on Saturdays, sometimes Wednesdays, but I had never gone to the one today and it is lead by a different guy from the other days. I thought, this will be interesting, a nice change of pace, as you probably also know there are several different types of Yoga that people practice. He did indeed teach a different one from the other instructor.
And so I was in the back of the class, keeping up well and working hard, when the difficulty stepped up and we had to do the following poses:
I thought: Hey, you know what, screw inhibition, let's do this shit!
And I did them, I did them all!! Granted, I didn't look that graceful, but I managed to do, and hold, every one of these positions. Even the balancing on your hands, and the bend and fold thing... it was amazing. And now I feel great about myself
