Per personal experience and great advice from my Sis I have started a diet plan that seems to work. I've been on something similar for a while and can tell that it does work, though I haven't had a couple of the elements she introduced to me. Now I'm starting a more strict diet with fruits as appetizers and no food after 6pm unless necessary because I don't get home before hand. So far I had breakfast today and then sushi for lunch at 3. Now I'm just busting though to sleep time. But as last night went sleepy time might not be until 4 in the morning...
